The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) offers free residential energy programs that keep homes warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer and reduce energy bills. These income-eligible programs are available year-round to Franklin County residents and examples of work include furnace replacement or repair, installation of insulation, and other important energy saving measures.

To be eligible you must rent or own a home in Franklin County. In addition, your total household income during the preceding 12 months must be equal to or less than 150-200 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.  Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) and HEAP recipients are encouraged to apply.

Pease call 614.621.1171 to check your eligibility and apply for the program over the phone.

For more information please visit http://www.morpc.org/EnergyServices or email wx@morpc.org.
